I taught bryophyte courses for the Field Studies Council between 2001 and 2020, either as part of their normal programme or as part of the Manchester Metropolitan University Biological Recording MSc course (right, with group of MSc students in Shropshire). I also run day schools or guided field trips and specialist workshops. I am working on a key to British and Irish bryophytes.
